John Papas / PAPARAZZI has been working for Impressive Music with FLAWLESS since 2007 but began his career in Music a few years prior to that while Designing for a Fashion company, of all places. It was just around the time when he began assisting friends in their party promoting ventures at clubs and lounges along with assisting in putting together fashion shows. John always had a passion for all genres of Music although most of the people he knew growing up, were either Rappers or DJs. Despite this, he always had an ear to spot a hit song and a superstar before they blew up... no matter what genre it was.
              
                With that in mind, the clothing company in which he gained tremendous experience with, spotted that in John and offered him an opportunity to work for a new venture of theirs which was a music label called D.V.M.G. He was assigned the position of A&R and Creative. John was fortunate enough to land the opportunity to work one of P. Diddy's Pop / R&B artists (Carlos Jahsir) who was on MTV's Making The Band 4 when forming the group DAY 26.
              
                He worked closely with the artists developing graphics and recording behind the scenes videos / photography. John had many duties for the label. Some of which were to attend open mic nights and showcases to spot new talent for potential signing deals and work with stylists for Carlos to attain that superstar "total package" look. The 2 highlights with that label for John was working with the promoters in booking singing group DAY 26 and singer Omarion and having Carlos as the opening act for them at that venue plus introducing 2 acts to the label's CEO for signing them to a single deal.
             
                It was slightly before leaving this label where John was re introduced to someone he knew growing up. because of similar circles, but didn't really know on a personal level. That was Flawless! It was Chris Olouch, a Promoter / Rapper from Jamaica Queens who brought John to Impressive Music to work with Flawless. He saw the tenacity in John along with his amazing work ethic and just had to bring him on board.

               John was originally hired as a Graphic Designer for the label but then was realized to be a major key player and asset to the success of Flawless' career. In, 2009 he was officially promoted by President Hans Austin, to Creative DEPT. Senior Art Director and Project Manager where he deals with the booking of the artist, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing and Designing amongst other duties. It is now John's 5th year with Impressive and his career is far from over with this company. He has had many achievements while being with them and it continues on through 2012 with great things on the horizon... stay tuned because what they have planned for this year is insane.
